FIREARM INCIDENT C10-243220
On October 23, 2010 at approximately 6:15 a.m., Uniform members were dispatched to a residence in the 400 block of Parr Street regarding firearm related incident.
At this stage of the investigation, it is believed that an armed male suspect attended to a residence and became involved in an altercation with several occupants inside. As a result of the confrontation, officers are investigating the possibility that a firearm discharge took place.
One adult male from within the home was treated and released from hospital as a result of being physically assaulted.
An adult male has been arrested and a firearm recovered; he is facing several firearm related offences.
The investigation is continuing by members of the District 3 Crime Unit where several witnesses are being interviewed.
