HOMICIDE INVESTIGATION- WARRANTS TO ARREST                  C10-80378

On Sunday, April 18^th, 2010, the Winnipeg Police Service had previously released information regarding a homicide that had occurred in the first 100 block of Gilbert Avenue.

 

As a result of an investigation by members of the Homicide Unit into the murder of Ricky Martin LATHLIN, 34 years, arrest warrants have been obtained for the following two suspects:

 

 

 

 

Bradley CAMPBELL, 31 years of no fixed address

Charged: 2^nd Degree Murder, Conspiracy to Commit Robbery

 

 

 

 

Terry Junior DAVIS, 31 years of no fixed address

Charged: Manslaughter, Conspiracy to Commit Robbery

 

 

Both suspects should be considered to be potentially armed and dangerous. If either suspect is observed, contact the police, do not approach them.
