Assiniboine CU Opening North End Branch - Your Help" needed

ACU has confirmed the feasibility of establishing a small, full service North End branch as soon as 2011.

Establishment .... depends on one condition ... the ACU raising $6M in committed business for this branch during 2010. .... ACU is well on the way to meeting this target with organizations interesting in having a North End financial institution stepping forward to help make the branch a reality.

Extra Foods - Flyer Specials - Rainchecks Discontinued

Extra Foods practice of providing a rain-check when an advertised item had sold-out was recently discontinued, to the frustration of its customers.

Presidents Choice in Calgary 1-800-296-2332 advised April 21, 2010 that they are "actively working on resolving the issue" under reference # 790329.

How? We don't know - possibly by ensuring there's more stock available?

Urban Exchange 'Peg Survey

The Urban Exchange Working Group has partnered with Peg on a new survey. Peg is a community indicator system that will track progress on economic, environmental, cultural, social and other priorities in Winnipeg.

Peg’s first priority is to begin collecting information to help us measure poverty in Winnipeg. Are we making progress as a city? What do we need to focus on?

This survey will help Peg understand what the community believes is important when we talk about measuring poverty.

If you haven’t already had the opportunity to do so, please check out the survey. It should take you less than 1 minutes. It will be open until the end of the day on Friday.

Here’s the link: https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/W2THHNC

Love, love, love this place. Great healthy frozen meals, that I buy for my parents and kids. The catering is great too, they deliver to our office at least once a week. We also like that you can order online.
