Princess White Dove Library, Turtle Island Evening Hours

Princess White Dove Library at Turtle Island will have evenings hours on Tuesdays, 5-7pm beginning next Tuesday, April 13th.

All community members are welcome to come on down to the Library room at 510 King Street to browse and borrow from a great collection of books.

Princess White Dove carries lots of great material:

· best-selling adult fiction (example: April Raintree);

· adult literacy materials;

· books in Aboriginal languages;

· cookbooks;

· resume and job search help;

· lots of Aboriginal history;

· and, of course, many children’s items including a large collection of Aboriginal materials for kids.

The Library also has computers with the access to the Internet and some great furniture if folks just want to hang out.

Princess White Dove Library is not part of the Winnipeg Public Library system.

To borrow from Princess White Dove you don’t need:

· A library card

· Or any identification

There are no fines or late fees.
